About Me

I'm Abhishek Sharma, a cybersecurity professional in the making, pursuing an M.S. in Cybersecurity at Yeshiva University's Katz School and CompTIA Security+ certified. My path started personally. Watching someone close to me get phished showed me how vulnerable everyday people are online, and sparked a drive to do something about it. I bring 8+ years of quality control, compliance, and audit experience from manufacturing, including supervising and training staff and earning a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which shaped the process discipline and attention to detail I now bring to security. That same drive led me to a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification and additional networking and security coursework outside my degree. I've built hands-on projects like an AI-powered phishing email analyzer, mentor family and friends on account security, and hold a diploma in photography, where that same eye for detail carries into my security work. I'm actively seeking cybersecurity internship opportunities to bring that same rigor to real security problems.

An AI-powered tool that scans email content and headers to flag signs of phishing, helping users understand the red flags behind suspicious messages before they click. Built mainly for non-technical users, it also educates people on security best practices so they can spot threats on their own going forward.
